I stayed at the hotel which was located on the back side, facing the canal. The room was small and cramped, and I felt that it was overpriced, especially since the free coffee bar was discontinued. Despite that, the service provided, especially by Brett who opened the cafe late, was very nice and accommodating, going above and beyond. The location was perfect for the festivities I attended but felt a bit isolated since it was pretty much in the middle of nowhere. The dining options were not free and were found in a conference room.
